Recruiting Hoax

recruiting agencies seem to have a real plague, and just trust to be like Eastern European marriage broker. In the last week I made a few searches on the internet and actually only negative experience in forums and blogs. As Noob Looking at the job sites on the Net through and find so many interesting offers. Most of the ads begin with but "Our client is ..." and it is the appropriate agency, which has posted the offer to send his resume in Word (!) format. Last week, I'm also fell for in such an ad. What seemed peculiar to me some of the telephone call that I received shortly thereafter, as was the question of my previous interviews. I initially thought the recruiter would like my experience level AbCheck or so. But the real intention was that such questions do come to the recruiters to new business addresses.
The scheme in which these recruitment agencies in fact does act like this: first
Place it in job Tenders, which does not exist in reality.
second CV phishing operators, ie, collect as many CVs of candidates who respond to the ad as possible.
third Bring on the candidates possible new company name in experience.
4th With the thick catalog of CVs kick approach to customers.
5th Spammers all kinds of companies with candidates proposals. The more the better, irgenjemand will go on it.
6th Let your recruiter to work on a commission basis, extremely motivated!

be honest I do not see how you can earn money this way in the long run. But this method seems to have found wide circulation in recent years. After my estimation, are currently about 90% of all deals in the internet job boards by recruiting agencies.
